Julio Lang, Black Belt – A Black belt under Rodrigo Teixeira, Julio was born in the city of Curitiba in southern Brazil. At the age of 16 he was inspired to practice the “Gentle Art” after watching Royce Gracie’s dominance in the first UFC. Julio is also a highly decorated competitor; earning a gold medal at the 2010 IBJJF New York & Las Vegas Open Championships, the 2010 National Championship and the 2012 NABJJF Los Angeles Open.
